A senior FMCG marketing leader to drive brand strategy, market presence and revenue growth across Johnvents Foods Limited’s cocoa-based product portfolio in Ondo. The role targets an experienced marketer with strong brand, consumer insights, trade marketing and go‑to‑market capabilities.

What you would do

• Develop and execute the overall marketing and brand strategy aligned with growth objectives
• Lead brand positioning, portfolio strategy and annual marketing planning for multiple product categories
• Drive brand awareness, penetration, trial, repeat purchase and loyalty
• Create integrated consumer campaigns across traditional, digital and experiential channels
• Lead consumer and market research and translate insights into product, packaging, pricing and communication strategies
• Oversee new product development, trade and shopper marketing, in-market activations and budget management

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• A Master’s degree or relevant professional qualification is an advantage
• 10+ years in progressive marketing roles within FMCG/consumer goods
• Minimum 4–5 years in a senior marketing or brand leadership role
• Proven track record in building consumer brands and go-to-market strategies
• Strong commercial, analytical and financial acumen with experience managing budgets and leading teams
