What you would do

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to execute campaigns.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for products and services.
• Monitor marketing performance and provide regular management reports.
• Plan promotional activities, market outreaches, activations, and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Coordinate digital and offline marketing activities.
• Track results and suggest improvements based on performance.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
• Drive brand awareness, product adoption, and customer acquisition.
• Support product launches and other growth initiatives.

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 3-5 years of proven professional marketing experience.
• Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.

• Experience in customer acquisition, brand development and promotions.
• Strong communication, analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in technology, fintech, retail, e-commerce, SaaS or similar industry is an advantage.
