Marketing Executives

About this role

Caronik Security Solutions Limited is recruiting for a Marketing Executive to be based in Lagos (Ogba). The role focuses on generating leads, acquiring new clients and promoting the company’s security solutions to various client types, with the aim of driving sales and increasing market share in the private security sector. The candidate will work with operations to onboard guards and clients, conduct field marketing and presentations, and build lasting client relationships. The employer operates as a private security service provider with offices in Ikeja and Ogba, and seeks self-motivated, results-oriented individuals who can close deals and work in a field-heavy environment.

What you would do

• Collaborate with Operations to onboard new guards and clients.
• Conduct field marketing, presentations and proposals to prospective clients (estates, corporates, factories, schools, hotels, churches).
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Submit daily/weekly marketing reports and client feedback.
• Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions and security forums.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships for retention.
• Identify, prospect and acquire new clients for manned guarding and other services.
• Conduct market research on opportunities and competitors’ activities.

• Self-motivated, confident and able to close deals independently.
• Aged 25 to 40 years.
• OND / HND / BSc in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in security, insurance, banking or service industry.
• Existing client network is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of Lagos environs.
• Previous experience in private security marketing is advantageous.
• Must be resident in Lagos and willing to do extensive field marketing.
