Marketing Executive
About this role
A full-time Marketing Executive role for a property and facility management company operating Banex Mall, based in Lekki/Oniru, Lagos. The position targets candidates with strong marketing, digital content, and event activation skills to boost mall visibility, footfall and revenue.
What you would do
- Monitor market trends and identify marketing opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales, Leasing, Events and Operations teams to meet commercial goals
- Build relationships with tenants, customers, vendors and partners
- Promote event halls, available spaces and mall activations
- Track campaign performance, engagement and leads
- Coordinate promotional activities, exhibitions and events and develop marketing campaigns to promote the mall and services

- 5-10 years of relevant marketing experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or related field
- Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar)
