What you would do

• Identify and acquire new clients for manned guarding and other security services
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention
• Conduct field marketing, presentations and proposals to prospective clients (estates, corporate organisations, factories, schools, hotels, churches)
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly marketing reports and client feedback
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities
• Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions and security forums
• Work with Operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new guards and clients

What they are asking for

• OND, HND or BSc in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• 1–2 years minimum in marketing, preferably in security, insurance, banking or services
• Self-motivated, confident, capable of closing deals independently
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Must be resident in Lagos and willing to undertake extensive field marketing
• Good knowledge of Lagos environs
• Age 25–40
• Previous security marketing experience is a strong advantage
• Existing client network is an added advantage
