Marketing Executive

About this role

Airtel Nigeria is looking for a Marketing Executive to drive customer acquisition, brand visibility and trade engagement in Lagos, with a focus on KYC processes, market analytics and field execution. The role targets individuals with marketing activations experience who can work across channels to reduce churn and grow revenue in the local market.

What you would do

• Manage distribution and activity of KYC terminals in the assigned zone
• Ensure KYC assets (kits) are optimised and productive
• Improve the KYC process to reduce repair turnaround time
• Implement trade strategy and deliver monthly zonal trade marketing reports
• Drive brand visibility and activation through promotions, sponsorships and events
• Maintain showroom compliance and support coverage marketing and BTS site activations

• Second degree in business management or marketing (additional)
• First degree in engineering, social or pure science
• Minimum of 4 years in marketing activations and channel branding (agency or FMCG)
• Excellent English, strong technical marketing skills
• Good organisational, communication and detail orientation
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
