What you would do

• Identify new business opportunities to grow the client base in Ibadan
• Market security services to corporate organisations, residential estates, schools, hotels, construction companies and other prospects
• Generate leads, arrange client meetings, prepare proposals and follow up on opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Conduct market research on customer needs, trends and competitors
• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies
• Prepare regular marketing activity reports and monitor progress against targets
• Represent the company professionally in client meetings and engagements

• OND or HND / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• Good knowledge of the Ibadan business environment and networking ability
• At least 2 years' experience in marketing, sales or business development
• Experience in the security industry in Oyo State is an added advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to generate leads, acquire clients and meet sales targets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools
• Must be proactive, self-motivated and results-oriented
