Iso-Black Concept Limited, a Lagos-based multi-channel brand communications and support services company, is hiring a Marketing and Business Development Officer. The role focuses on increasing brand visibility, attracting new customers and generating sales opportunities across printing, branding, digital and creative services. The position is office-based in Surulere, Lagos, with one day off per week. The employer provides services to help clients establish and position their brands.

What you would do

• Identify potential customers, corporate clients, organisations and business partners
• Proactively reach out to prospects and generate qualified sales leads
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations and proposals until resolved
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Develop and execute marketing activities that promote Iso-Black services
• Plan social media content and coordinate promotional campaigns
• Develop proposals and presentation materials
• Track leads, conversion rates, sales activity and campaign performance
• Coordinate with production teams to communicate customer requirements accurately

What they are asking for

• Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related discipline
• Approximately 2–4 years of relevant marketing, sales or business development experience
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Ability to use social media and basic digital marketing tools
• A portfolio of campaigns, sales achievements or marketing work is an advantage
