Mantrac Nigeria Limited seeks a Marketing & Strategy Administrator to help develop and execute marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, engagement, and business growth. The role involves analysing market and competitor data, coordinating with procurement, organising events, and supporting campaigns from ideation to execution. The position requires creating market intelligence data, supervising Salesforce reporting, and collaborating with multiple teams to ensure quality customer experience. It is based in Lagos, and the employer operates as the sole distributor for Caterpillar products in Nigeria.

What you would do

• Gather data on market trends, competitors, and consumer behaviour to inform strategies
• Liaise with Procurement on marketing work orders
• Organise and plan marketing events, trade shows, and conferences
• Support the implementation of marketing campaigns from idea to execution
• Provide market intelligence to determine market share for the BU
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and channels
• Brief and coordinate with third-party vendors to meet requirements
• Identify sources and procure customer databases for the BU
• Develop Salesforce reports for monitoring customers, sales activity, and performance
• Support customer experience initiatives and ensure timely performance reporting

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
• Strong analytical and reporting skills to interpret market and business data
• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and content development is advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM (training available)
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (CorelDRAW and Adobe Photoshop) for marketing materials
• Ability to create marketing collateral and promotional assets
