Marketing and Business Development Officer

About this role

Iso-Black Concept Limited is seeking a Marketing and Business Development Officer to boost brand visibility, attract new customers and generate sales opportunities for its printing, branding, digital and creative services. The role focuses on communicating service value, building relationships and converting enquiries into business. It is based in Lagos (Surulere) and is a full-time, office-based position with one day off per week. The company provides brand communication solutions and aims to establish clients’ products as brands.

What you would do

• Develop proposals and presentation materials
• Track leads, conversion rates, sales activity and campaign performance
• Plan social media content and coordinate promotional campaigns
• Identify potential customers and business partners
• Build and maintain relationships with customers
• Coordinate with production teams to communicate customer requirements
• Develop and execute marketing activities for Iso-Black services
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations and proposals until resolved
• Proactively reach out to prospects and generate qualified sales leads

• 2–4 years of relevant marketing, sales or business development experience
• Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related discipline
• Ability to use social media and basic digital marketing tools
