What you would do

• Plan and deliver Marketing and Admissions events including open days, information sessions, fairs, exhibitions and school tours.

• Research suppliers, obtain quotes, manage merchandise production and delivery, and track inventory of marketing materials
• Support contract administration, purchase requests, invoice processing and payment follow-up
• Provide administrative support to Marketing and Admissions teams; maintain records, prepare materials, schedule meetings and assist with budget tracking
• Assist Admissions during peak periods and enrolment cycles and perform additional duties to support department operations
