What you would do

• Promote and market the company’s loan products to prospective customers
• Generate new leads and customers through direct marketing, referrals, networking, social media, and field activities
• Explain loan products, eligibility, terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules to prospective customers
• Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into applications
• Assist customers with the loan application process and required documentation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Achieve assigned sales, customer acquisition, and loan disbursement targets
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and applications
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries professionally
• Submit regular reports on sales and marketing activities

• OND/HND/BSc in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• 2 - 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, loan services, microfinance, banking, or a related role
• Proven ability to meet sales and customer acquisition targets
• Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer relationship management skills
• Proactive, confident, disciplined and target-oriented
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Willingness to carry out field marketing and customer acquisition activities
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools
