What you would do

• Promote loan products and services to prospective customers
• Identify and develop new customer leads through field marketing, referrals, social media and other channels
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Explain loan products, eligibility, terms and repayment conditions to customers
• Follow up with leads and support customers through the loan application process
• Meet and exceed marketing and customer acquisition targets
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
• Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and customer acquisition

• OND/ HND/ BSc or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• Previous experience in marketing, sales, microfinance, lending, fintech or financial services is an advantage
