Dignity Exodus Nigeria Limited is recruiting a full-time Marketer to lead its marketing activities from strategy to execution in Abuja. The role involves building the local brand, generating and managing leads, and presenting solar solutions as simple and trustworthy to homeowners and businesses. The marketer will work directly with the Managing Director and have autonomy in shaping marketing efforts and driving installations. The company operates in solar energy, street lighting, electrification, civil engineering, procurement and general contract services. The position is based in Wuse Zone 4, Abuja (FCT).
What you would do
- Plan and run marketing campaigns across digital, social, email and local channels.
- Generate quality leads for the sales team and track them through to installation.
- Create content such as case studies, guides and short videos that explain solar solutions.
- Manage the website, search engine optimisation and Google Business profile.
- Build local partnerships and represent the company at community events.
- Gather customer reviews and testimonials.
- Report on results and identify effective strategies.

- At least 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in solar, renewables, home improvement, or a similar considered-purchase sector.
- Strong writing skills.
- Hands-on experience with social media, email platforms and analytics.
