A field-based Marketer role in Umuahia, Abia, focused on increasing patient volume for BeaconHealth Diagnostics by developing referral partnerships and community outreach. The position targets individuals who can build relationships with clinicians, hospitals, HMOs, corporates, and local communities to drive growth.
What you would do
- Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, clinics, and clinicians
- Resolve referral payment discrepancies with Front Desk/Billing as needed
- Represent the clinic at external events, health fairs, and partner meetings
- Distribute marketing materials and manage local visibility
- Develop relationships with corporates and HMOs for bulk testing and partnerships
- Plan and run community outreach activities and health talks
What they are asking for
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Computer literate and able to use BeaconOS during onboarding
- Strong interpersonal, networking and negotiation skills
- Willingness to undertake regular fieldwork and travel within the clinic's area
- 1–2 years' experience in marketing, sales or business development
- Preferred: existing network of referring clinicians or healthcare facilities in the territory
