Market Sales Supervisor
About this role
Estakem Ventures, a Lagos-based peanut and cookies company, is looking for a Market Sales Supervisor to oversee sales activities in the Alimosho area. The role involves guiding sales representatives, expanding the customer base, and ensuring product availability and visibility in markets and outlets.
What you would do
- Supervise and guide sales representatives within the assigned area.
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure targets are achieved.
- Visit markets, shops and sales outlets regularly.
- Find and develop new customers, retailers and distributors.
- Monitor product availability, pricing and competitor activities.
- Ensure proper distribution and visibility of Estakem products.
What they are asking for
- OND, HND or BSc in Marketing, Business or a related field (added advantage).
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG
- Previous experience supervising sales staff is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Alimosho and surrounding areas
- Good communication, negotiation and leadership skills
- Hardworking, organised and able to work with little supervision
