What you would do
- Conduct primary and secondary market research across sectors to generate actionable insights.
- Design and manage surveys and other research instruments using appropriate methodologies.
- Collect and analyse qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop reports, analyses and presentations for diverse stakeholders.
- Utilise market research and data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, Google Forms or SurveyMonkey to support accuracy.
- Monitor market and industry trends to provide timely intelligence and strategic recommendations.

- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, Public Policy, Social Sciences or related field.
- 4-6 years' experience in market research, data analysis, insights development or related roles.
- Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, survey design and data analytics techniques.
- Proficiency with tools such as Excel, SPSS, Google Forms, SurveyMonkey.
- Experience coordinating research projects from planning to execution and ensuring timely delivery.
- Ability to translate findings into clear narratives and presentations for stakeholders.
