Market Relationship Officer

What you would do

• Identify and acquire prospective customers through field visits, referrals and engagement with traders and SMEs
• Promote and sell loan products to eligible customers
• Build and maintain relationships with market leaders, traders and small business owners
• Generate leads, assess customer activity and repayment capacity, and assist with loan applications and disbursements
• Manage assigned customer portfolios and keep borrowers informed
• Follow up on repayments, support collections, and escalate overdue payments as needed
