What you would do

- Drive client acquisition, retention, and stakeholder relationships.
- Monitor financial performance and deliver revenue/profitability targets.
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost optimisation.
- Manage talent, succession planning and employee development.
- Ensure governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
- Represent the company in industry engagements and with regulators.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Estate Management, Business Administration or related field.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification and professional certification in Facility Management (added advantage).
- Minimum 10–15 years’ relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Experience in leading a facility management, property or related services business with P&L ownership.
- Experience in a group structure and reporting to a Board/Executive Management is advantageous.
