What you would do
- Own the integrated project execution plan, master schedule, cost baseline and risk register
- Lead the lean execution team and resolve cross-functional issues
- Oversee receipt, inspection, preservation, installation and commissioning of plant equipment from China
- Ensure no feed gas or hazardous fluids are introduced before approvals and readiness reviews
- Direct gas supply strategy, customer qualification, presales and offtake agreements
- Ensure cash-flow visibility, procurement compliance and fraud-prevention controls
- Build and maintain relationships with regulators, authorities, host communities and partners
- Report to the Board on forecast first gas, critical path, cost, quality, permits and risks
- Manage governance and stage-gate processes
- Support project delivery through construction, commissioning and start-up phases

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or related field
- 10+ years of progressive leadership in oil and gas, LNG, industrial construction or infrastructure
- Senior accountability for project delivery and proven construction-to-start-up experience
- Strong commercial and financial acumen including gas supply and offtake contracting
- Experience engaging Nigerian regulators, government agencies and host communities
- Integrity and safety-first leadership style
