UnoCasa Limited is seeking a Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer to provide strategic leadership for an asset management business. What you would do

• Develop and implement the company’s strategic plan for growth and profitability.
• Drive growth in assets under management and market expansion.
• Oversee investment management, portfolio performance and risk-adjusted returns.
• Identify market opportunities and lead development of new investment products.
• Ensure governance, risk management, internal controls and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain relationships with regulators, institutional investors and strategic partners.
• Oversee budgeting, financial performance, capital allocation and cost control.
• Champion digital transformation and data-driven decision making.
• Represent the company to key stakeholders and manage its corporate reputation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• MBA or relevant master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of financial services experience, including at least 10 years in investment or capital markets.
• Minimum 5 years in executive or senior management roles.
• Proven track record in AUM growth, investment management and profitability.
• Strong leadership, commercial judgement and knowledge of the Nigerian capital market.
• Professional certifications such as CFA preferred; other Nigerian capital market certifications are advantageous.
