What you would do

• Set and execute long-term strategic plans and commercial goals.
• Oversee daily plant operations and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with PCN, NAFDAC and other regulatory and governance standards.
• Manage budgeting, financial performance and risk mitigation.
• Drive stakeholder engagement with local regulators and healthcare partners.
• Lead and develop multicultural executive and technical teams.
• Provide performance updates and strategic guidance to the Board of Directors.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or related scientific field.
• MBA or advanced business degree highly desirable.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience.
• At least 8 years in a senior executive role within pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical plant operations, material planning and navigating NAFDAC/PCN regulatory environments.
• Track record in corporate restructuring, revenue growth and scaling manufacturing profitability.
