Manager - Sales and Trade Development (Cross Rivers)

About this role

A regional role for MTN Nigeria seeking a Manager of Sales and Trade Development to drive trade marketing, brand presence and partnerships across Rivers region. Targets include retail expansion, brand visibility and collaboration with stakeholders for data, mobile money and other MTN objectives.

What you would do

• Execute the territory's retail strategy to expand and strengthen MTN's presence.
• Plan and deliver merchandising to meet visibility goals across outlet types.
• Develop and manage territory trade marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Establish and maintain partnerships to support data, devices and mobile money goals.
• Coordinate promotional materials and collateral distribution for sales programs.
• Coach and develop the Regional Sales and Trade Development team.

• First degree in any related discipline.
• Fluent English.
• 6 to 13 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in marketing management within telecommunications, FMCG or similar service industries.
