The role is a Manager of Relationship Banking for commercial and sector-specific client coverage, based in Lagos. What you would do
- Grow and retain client relationships within the allocated segment/sector portfolio.
- Execute segment/sector offerings and related toolbox initiatives to optimise client experience and profitability.
- Utilise the bank’s initiatives and activities to drive client engagement in the portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs and financial solutions.
- Prepare and motivate credit applications as required.

- First degree in Business Commerce, Finance or Accounting.
- 5-7 years of experience in Relationship Banking, Business & Commercial Banking, or as a Relationship Manager.
- Experience dealing with customers at all levels and substantial product knowledge including specialised financial structures.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost control and client financial analysis.
- Experience in preparing and motivating credit applications.
