What you would do
- Manage a portfolio of Commercial Banking clients
- Coordinate products, services and resources from Stanbic IBTC and Standard Bank Group for client relationships
- Drive profitability for the bank and the client
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to generate sales and business growth
- Understand client needs and market opportunities to deliver solutions
- Collaborate with product and service teams to implement client solutions
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and report on portfolio performance and profitability
- Identify cross-sell opportunities across product lines
- Support the achievement of business targets within the commercial banking segment
