Manager, Program - Immunization Demand Generation (Consultant)
About this role
A consultancy role for a Manager of the Immunization Demand Generation programme, overseeing a two-state pilot and coordinating with government and technical partners. What you would do
- Lead the IDG pilot implementation across two states with relevant partners.
- Monitor progress, risks and resources and escalate issues as needed.
- Develop and maintain programme guidance, SOPs and implementation materials.
- Oversee digital reminders, community ambassadors and targeted incentives per pilot design.
- Supervise two State Coordinators and the CO IDG Officer; build capacity and coordinate training.
- Lead monitoring, learning and programme improvement, including data review and escalation of corrective actions.

- Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s in Public Health, Health Sciences, Social Sciences, International Development or related field.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience managing health or development programmes in Nigeria.
- Experience developing and implementing programme tools, guidance and processes.
- Experience supervising staff and coordinating multiple partners or teams.
- Experience using programme data to inform implementation and improvement.
- Knowledge of immunisation, primary healthcare, demand generation or community engagement in Nigeria.
