Manager, Mechanical - Packing Plant

What you would do

• Supervise engineers to ensure packing plant equipment is available for operations with minimal downtime.
• Carry out routine and corrective maintenance on packing plant machines in a timely and efficient manner.
• Participate in the development and articulation of the plant's maintenance plan.
• Plan for and order packing plant machine spares based on unit requirements.
• Coordinate the management of a database for all maintenance activities.
• Oversee liaison with HSE personnel for PPE provision and safety training.
• Ensure effective and efficient execution of the maintenance plan at the packing plant unit.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Head, Packing Plant.

• Professional certification is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 15 years relevant work experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair equipment with accuracy and speed.
