What you would do

• Contribute to the development and articulation of the plant's maintenance plan.
• Oversee the execution of the maintenance plan at the packing plant unit.
• Plan for and order packing plant machine spares as needed.
• Supervise engineers to minimise downtime and meet targets.
• Coordinate with HSE for PPE provision and safety training.
• Ensure routine and corrective maintenance is carried out timely and efficiently.
• Manage a database for all maintenance activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head, Packing Plant.
