What you would do

• Coordinate daily laundry and dry-cleaning operations to ensure smooth workflow.

• Ensure garments are processed, handled, packaged and delivered according to standards.
• Monitor quality control and minimise damages, losses, errors and customer complaints.
• Manage the proper use of equipment, detergents and other materials while ensuring cleanliness and safety.
• Handle customer concerns, prepare operational reports and provide regular feedback to management.

• Minimum five years' proven experience in laundry, dry cleaning, hospitality or related operations management role.
• BSc or HND in a relevant field.

• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, administrative and organisational skills.
