Manager, Fund Analysis and Reporting
About this role
Talent Towers is recruiting for a full-time Manager, Fund Analysis and Reporting in Lagos. The role leads fund performance analysis, financial and investor reporting, and supports regulatory compliance and decision-making. The position involves translating complex financial data into clear insights for internal leadership and external investors, with oversight of NAV processes and data management. It reports to the CFO and manages investment and finance analysts, a compliance officer, and an investor reporting manager. What you would do
- Lead end-to-end fund performance analytics (gross/net returns, IRR, MOIC, yield, benchmarks).
- Conduct portfolio attribution analysis across asset, sector, and strategy levels.
- Develop scenario and sensitivity models for market, currency, and macro factors.
- Oversee NAV governance, policies, and sign-off procedures.
- Review valuations for complex assets and ensure fair value classification.
- Design and maintain centralized data architecture for fund reporting.
- Implement data governance and oversee data integration from multiple sources.
- Coordinate regulatory reporting and ensure compliance with fund documents.
- Support financial statement preparation and disclosures.
- Provide data-driven insights for portfolio rebalancing, capital allocation, and new fund launches.
What they are asking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (Master’s or CFA preferred).
- 5–7+ years in fund analysis, investment reporting, or asset management.
- Strong knowledge of investment performance metrics and fund structures.
- Experience with fund administrators and auditors.
- Advanced Excel/financial modelling skills; Power BI or similar tools a plus.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
