What you would do
- Handle stock keeping, filing and documentation of business records
- Attend to customer enquiries, requests, complaints and concerns professionally
- Maintain equipment, products and work areas
- Identify operational issues and take proactive steps to resolve them
- Monitor cleanliness, organisation and orderliness of the workplace
- Distribute and coordinate jobs among stylists for efficient workflow
- Manage customer relationships and ensure high standard of service
- Coordinate logistics and timely movement/delivery of items
- Support daily business activities and perform other duties as assigned
- Provide updates to management on staff activities, stock levels, customer issues and operations
