What you would do

• Lead facilities staff and manage day-to-day operations for assigned regions.
• Implement safety, health and environmental protocols and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs and project work within time and budget.
• Ensure quality of services purchased and monitor service levels with providers.
• Coordinate planned preventive maintenance and inspect workmanship and materials.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve facilities-related issues.
