Role: Manager of an Equipment Repair Centre in Julius Berger Nigeria Plc's Plant & Equipment Department in Abuja. • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or similar; Master's in Engineering or Industrial Management is a plus
• 5–10 years' experience in heavy equipment, plant or vehicle maintenance, including preventive and corrective work
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership or management role
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems
• Ability to manage technical, operational and financial responsibilities in complex fleet or construction environments
• English proficiency (B2/C1) and clear, confident communication with teams and customers
