What you would do
- Manage customer engagement and health for priority accounts during and after network product launches
- Identify opportunities to increase customer value and drive adoption of Mastercard Services
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional Mastercard products to customers
- Evaluate business models and partnerships to ensure financially viable value propositions
- Develop training materials and customer-facing playbooks to scale CS initiatives
- Gather customer feedback on product gaps and inform improvements
