Management Consultant (Analyst)

What you would do
- Conduct business, industry, market and competitive research to support client engagements
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends and insights
- Support the development of strategies, operating models, business plans and organisational improvements
- Perform business process reviews and recommend practical solutions
- Prepare client reports, proposals, presentations and business cases
- Assist with project planning, implementation tracking, stakeholder engagements and client presentations
- Develop financial, operational and business analysis models as needed
- Apply AI tools to research, data analysis, document review, report writing and workflow automation
- Collaborate with teams to meet timelines and quality standards
- Contribute to business development activities such as proposal preparation and client solutions

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Social Sciences or related field
- Approximately 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a management consulting firm
- Experience supporting consulting engagements, business analysis, strategy development, process improvement or organisational transformation
- Strong analytical, research, critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent report-writing, presentation and communication skills
- Ability to translate complex problems into clear insights and practical recommendations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and related tools
- Demonstrable proficiency in AI tools and their practical application to improve work quality and efficiency
- Structured thinking, initiative, independence and teamwork
- Willingness to work extra hours, weekends when needed and in a fast-paced environment
