Managed Services Operations Officer
About this role
A role coordinating client stakeholders, service delivery teams, vendors and leadership to ensure smooth execution of business processes and contractual obligations for managed services, based in Lagos. It targets individuals with experience in administrative roles and client management within enterprise environments.
What you would do
- Liaise between clients, deployed personnel and internal stakeholders to manage issues and escalations
- Coordinate payroll administration and client invoicing to support accurate and timely remuneration and billing
- Manage day-to-day client services operations to meet agreed requirements and standards
- Lead continuous improvement by collecting feedback and implementing process enhancements
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment based on workforce needs and client requests
- Monitor workforce performance, conduct quarterly assessments and relay client feedback to resources
