Mall and Technical Coordinator
About this role
A Mall and Technical Coordinator is needed to oversee technical operations, facilities, utilities, vendors, manpower and security for a mall or residential complex, ensuring safety and efficient service delivery. The role targets experienced professionals with a strong background in facility and technical management within large commercial or residential settings.
What you would do
- Manage daily technical and facility operations, manpower, help desk and service delivery.
- Coordinate local vendors, contractors and technical service providers, including negotiations and bill certification.
- Oversee BMS, HVAC, electrical systems, generators, transformers, HT/LT panels and power systems.
- Oversee HVAC systems including chillers, VRV, AHUs, FAUs, pumps, VFDs and cold rooms.
- Oversee STP/WTP, plumbing, water treatment, boosters and ring main systems.
- Maintain and monitor firefighting systems and related safety equipment and oversee CCTV, PA, access control and other security/ELV systems.

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 10+ years' experience in technical or facility management, preferably in malls, department stores, commercial complexes or large residential facilities.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of BMS, HVAC, electrical power systems, generators, firefighting, plumbing and water treatment systems.
- Experience managing contractors, vendors, budgets and technical teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure.
