About this role

What you would do

• Run official errands and represent management when required
• Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence
• Manage schedules, meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
• Handle confidential documents and information with discretion
• Drive executives to engagements and meetings
• Provide administrative and personal support to management and coordinate communications

• HND or BSc in any relevant field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
• Must be able to drive an official vehicle with a valid driver’s licence
• Ability to travel at short notice
• Computer literate
• Male candidate preferred
