What you would do

• Verify raw material specifications against standards and supplier documentation
• Identify and report substandard, contaminated or damaged materials
• Inspect incoming raw materials and ensure non-conforming items are segregated
• Check for defects during in-process quality control across manufacturing steps
• Monitor film thickness, width, weight, colour consistency and appearance
• Notify Production Supervisors of deviations requiring corrective action
• Conduct start-up, in-process and final inspections per procedures
• Verify printing registration, colour accuracy and print quality
• Conduct finished product inspections and ensure conformance to requirements
• Prepare quality reports and document defects, corrective actions and test results
