What you would do

• Supervise daily activities of all hotel departments.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and operational areas.
• Ensure smooth operation of Front Office, Housekeeping, Restaurant, Bar, Kitchen, Laundry, Maintenance, and Security.
• Ensure departments follow established standards and procedures.
• Report operational challenges to the Hotel Manager.
• Supervise staff performance and ensure duties are completed.
• Manage shift handovers and staffing levels.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming and conduct.
• Address minor misconduct and report serious issues to management.
• Ensure timely and proper dress code for staff and support guest relations and service.
