Male Executive Assistant / Business Analyst

About this role

The role is for a male Executive Assistant and Business Analyst who will support the Managing Director with executive tasks and analyse business and financial data to aid decision-making. It is based in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, and targets candidates with relevant analytical and administrative experience.

What you would do

• Manage the Managing Director's calendar, travel, meetings and correspondence
• Prepare agendas, minutes, reports, presentations and other executive documents
• Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports for decision-making
• Provide data-driven insights on opportunities, costs, revenue and profitability
• Analyse financial and business performance data to identify trends and improvements
• Coordinate projects and liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• 1–2 years' experience in executive assistance, business analysis, finance or administration
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint; knowledge of data analysis tools is a plus
• Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines and maintain confidentiality
• Strong analytical, organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of financial concepts, budgeting and basic financial reporting
