What you would do

• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards during maintenance
• Maintain maintenance records and prepare reports on breakdowns, repairs, and costs
• Supervise maintenance technicians and allocate duties
• Diagnose mechanical faults and coordinate timely repairs
• Ensure availability and management of spare parts, tools and maintenance materials
• Supervise installation, maintenance, inspection and repair of mechanical equipment
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and identify potential failures
• Coordinate maintenance activities across poultry farms
• Ensure adherence to maintenance procedures
