Sayed Farms Limited is recruiting for a Maintenance Section Head with an electrical engineering background to oversee maintenance for the slaughterhouse operations in Ibadan, Oyo. What you would do
- Lead electrical maintenance activities for slaughterhouse equipment and electrical systems.
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programmes.
- Oversee industrial utilities such as power generation, boilers, refrigeration, water treatment, pumps and wastewater systems.
- Prepare and manage maintenance budgets and plan CAPEX/OPEX requirements.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults in motors, control panels, automation systems, conveyors and processing equipment.
- Supervise maintenance personnel and assign duties to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules with production and other departments.
- Monitor maintenance KPIs, spare parts usage, and utility consumption.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards in maintenance operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenditures.

- Bachelor's degree or HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum of eight years' experience in maintenance management, preferably in food processing, slaughterhouse, FMCG, or manufacturing operations.
- Extensive knowledge of industrial utilities, electrical systems, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Experience in maintenance budgeting, CAPEX/OPEX planning and cost control.
- Strong leadership, analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.
