What you would do
- Develop detailed maintenance and turnaround plans and work packages
- Define job steps, resources, materials, equipment, durations and cost estimates
- Coordinate maintenance activities with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Contractors and Schedulers
- Develop and maintain detailed schedules, milestones and worklists
- Review drawings, P&IDs, isometrics and specifications
- Monitor work progress and update plans based on execution feedback

- Previous experience in maintenance planning/scheduling or a closely related role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance and industrial work activities
- Ability to read P&IDs, isometrics, blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience with turnaround/shutdown planning and execution
- Knowledge of MOC and PSSR processes
- Ability to coordinate multiple workgroups and contractors
