A Maintenance and Facilities Manager is sought to oversee upkeep across multipro’s warehouses, offices and other sites. The role focuses on ensuring timely repairs, cost-effective civil works and adherence to quality standards. It involves managing vendors, planning preventive maintenance, supervising renovations and audits, and reporting on maintenance activities and costs. The position is for someone with facilities management experience able to coordinate across multiple locations in Nigeria. What you would do

• Develop and manage a pool of vendors and contractors for repairs and civil works
• Negotiate prices for materials, labour and services
• Compare quotations and review bills of quantities to ensure reasonable costs
• Evaluate vendor performance on quality, cost and delivery
• Oversee maintenance and repairs of warehouses, offices and facilities
• Plan preventive maintenance to reduce breakdowns and costly repairs
• Supervise renovation and facility improvement projects within budget and on time
• Conduct periodic warehouse visits and audits to assess facility conditions
• Ensure compliance with SOPs for maintenance, vendor engagement and cost approvals
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, costs and outstanding issues across locations

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management or related field
• Minimum 2 years' experience in facilities management or maintenance
• Experience managing maintenance across multiple warehouses or industrial facilities
• Experience in vendor sourcing, price negotiation, contractor management and cost control
• Practical knowledge of construction materials, BOQs and quality inspection
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Good technical knowledge of building materials and repair methods
• Ability to identify market prices and challenge inflated quotations
• Strong planning, coordination and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel to company warehouses across Nigeria
