What you would do

• Enrol and manage Mac test devices through MDM
• Create and validate configuration profiles and deployment policies
• Test differences between MDM platforms and configurations
• Validate application behaviour on managed devices
• Reproduce customer MDM configurations when investigating deployment problems
• Test end-to-end deployment workflows including installations, upgrades, removals, and re-enrolment

• 7+ years in QA engineering, test engineering, macOS administration or related roles
• Hands-on experience testing or supporting software on macOS
• Experience with at least one major MDM platform (Jamf Pro, Intune, Kandji, or Mosyle)

• Ability to investigate macOS behavior using logs, Terminal, profiles, scripts, and diagnostic tools
• Ability to write basic automation or shell/Python scripts and produce clear, reproducible bug reports
