Machine Operator

What you would do
- Operate bottle production lines, sachet machines, and filling line equipment to meet daily targets
- Set up and adjust machines according to production specifications
- Monitor machine performance and ensure consistent product quality
- Conduct routine machine inspections and basic preventive maintenance
- Identify and troubleshoot minor faults and report major issues to maintenance
- Ensure accurate filling, sealing, packaging, and labeling per quality standards
- Monitor output, machine efficiency, and material usage to minimise waste
- Maintain cleaning and sanitation of machines and production area
- Carry out machine changeovers and adjustments between products or packaging formats
- Complete production records and shift handover reports accurately

- OND, technical certificate or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Industrial Technology or related field (advantage)
- Hands-on experience as a Machine Operator in manufacturing/production
- Practical experience with bottle lines, sachet packaging machines, and filling line equipment
- Knowledge of machine setup, operation, adjustment, and basic troubleshooting
- Understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety standards
- Ability to identify faults and take corrective action
