Luxury Sales and Retail Manager
About this role
A full-time Luxury Sales and Retail Manager is sought to lead premium cosmetics retail operations in Lekki, Lagos. The role targets candidates with strong luxury retail and relationship-driven selling experience who can grow sales and manage the outlet alongside brand standards.
What you would do
- Drive sales growth and achieve targets for the outlet
- Manage day-to-day commercial performance and reporting
- Build and maintain relationships with high-value customers and HRIs
- Develop customer acquisition plans and loyalty programmes
- Identify partnership and business development opportunities in Lagos markets
- Oversee retail operations, inventory, merchandising and team performance

- Minimum five years in luxury retail or premium beauty sales
- BSc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or related field
- Experience in customer relationship management and sales performance reporting
- Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills
- Knowledge of premium customer service, merchandising and inventory controls
- Ability to represent a premium brand and work on-site in Lekki, Lagos
