Luxury Retail Manager
About this role
A Luxury Retail Manager is needed by TeamAce Limited to oversee daily store operations, drive sales and profitability, and lead the retail team while ensuring a high standard of customer experience in a luxury setting in Victoria Island, Lagos. The role focuses on managing store performance, merchandising, inventory, and customer satisfaction in line with brand standards. It requires leading and developing the retail team and coordinating with management, buyers and vendors to support growth. The position is full-time and located in Lagos.
What you would do
- Manage and develop the retail team in line with company policies and standards
- Develop and implement sales strategies, budgets, targets and promotions
- Oversee daily store operations, merchandising, inventory levels and customer experience
- Monitor sales performance and KPIs, analyse trends and identify opportunities for improvement
- Manage customer complaints and coordinate with management, buyers and vendors to support growth
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and operational standards
- Analyse underperforming brands and products to drive profitability
- Coordinate with stakeholders to support store performance and business growth
- Deliver outstanding customer service in line with brand standards
- Prepare and report on performance metrics and data
What they are asking for
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales management, merchandising, inventory management and performance monitoring
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, organisation and problem-solving skills
- Professional certification is an added advantage
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in retail management, preferably luxury, fashion, lifestyle or premium retail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales/retail management software with data analysis and reporting skills
