Lulus Lounge & Nightclub in Lugbe, Abuja is seeking an experienced Lounge & Nightclub Manager to lead the venue, ensure high service and safety standards, and drive revenue. What you would do

• Lead club operations while maintaining standards of service, safety and presentation.
• Recruit, train, schedule and supervise bar, service, security and entertainment staff.
• Plan and execute themed nights and events with DJs, performers and promoters.
• Drive weekly sales targets, event turnout, reservations and repeat customer growth.
• Oversee stock, purchasing, cash handling, expenses and loss-prevention controls.
• Build relationships with guests, promoters, vendors and partners; review nightly sales and operations and report results to ownership.
